Acre of Corn A new initiative of the Urbana Rotary Club. Local farmers donate the profits from an acre of corn to help in our international effort to eliminate the world of polio.
Champaign County Fair Rotary Dairy Bar The Champaign County Fair would not be complete without ice cream from the Rotary Dairy Bar. Stop by for your favorite cool treat and see which local Rotarian is making milkshakes.
July 4 Chicken BBQ
Spend the 4th of July honoring our country, visiting with friends, and enjoying Champaign County's aviation history at the annual Rotary Chicken BBQ. Each year this Champaign County tradition takes place at Grimes Field, located north of Urbana, Ohio on State Route 68. Join us this year's Chicken BBQ on July 4th!
Rural Urban Night
Each February the Urbana Rotary Club celebrates Champaign County's agriculture heritage by honoring a local farm family. The evening includes a meal showcasing locally-produced foods.

On September 11, 2011 a 9/11 Memorial Dedication took place at Freedom Grove. At the center of the Freedom Grove memorial is a steel beam from the World Trade Center. Under the leadership of the Urbana Rotary Club, Champaign County was selected to be the receipant of this artifact. The program from the September 11 dedication is listed below.
